"Extremely unhelpful and rude agent and he hides information! He will not cancel your policy, but will make your policy in an instant! He kind of bullies through emails! Further edit: This guy is just impossible! I called statefarm customer service several times. They assured me my policy was cancelled on August 28 and yet this guy charged me for full August and September. Even further he has the audacity to enroll me into automatic payments for upcoming months without my authorization and kept sending me bills. He does not respond to any call from statefarm customer service ( I suspect statefarm is a spam as a whole and I will withdraw all of my relatives from it). I have complained in several Texas departments with proper proofs. You cannot charge me for the service you didn’t provide and this is straightforward harassment and I am going to to consult my lawyer next. If anyone needs proof for my statement, please contact me and I am happy to provide them."
